Website Regulations

§ 1
Preliminary Provisions

The website of the Nature Academy in Roztocze, available at the internet address academyofroztocze.pl, is operated by Anna Bociąg-Pastuszak (first name and last name), conducting business under the name Anna Bociąg-Pastuszak Nature Academy in Roztocze registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP 9221383547 REGON 431351102. These Regulations are addressed to all Guests and Clients using the Academy's website and specify the rules for using the website and protecting the content contained therein.

§ 2
Definitions

Client - a natural person concluding a contract with the Academy, the subject of which is directly related to their activity.
Distance contract - a contract concluded with a Client within an organized system of concluding contracts at a distance (within the activity of the Academy), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract.
Regulations - these regulations of the Academy.
Order - the declaration of will of the Client with the Academy.
Product - a service available in the Academy that is the subject of the Agreement between the Client and the Academy.

The Client can communicate by phone with the Academy from 10:00 to 18:00.

§ 4
Technical requirements

To use the Academy's website, the following are necessary:
an end device with access to the Internet and a web browser,
enabled support for cookies.

§ 5
General information

The Academy, to the widest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the website caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Academy's website with the Client's technical infrastructure. Browsing the Academy's website does not require creating an Account. Placing orders by the Client for Academy services is done by phone or email.

§ 6

§ 7
Execution of the sales agreement

The conclusion of a Sales Agreement between the Client and the Academy occurs after the Client places an Order by phone or email. After placing the Order, the Academy immediately confirms its receipt and simultaneously accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation of the Order receipt and its acceptance for execution by the Academy occurs by sending the Client a relevant email message to the email address provided by the Client during the Order placement. Upon receiving the above email message, the Sales Agreement is concluded between the Client and the Seller. In the case of the Client's choice:
payment by bank transfer, the Client is obliged to make the payment within 2 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement - otherwise, the order will be canceled,
cash payment - the Client is obliged to make the payment before the start of the expedition.

§ 8
Right of withdrawal from the agreement

The Client may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the order was placed 3 days before the start of the expedition. The running of the period specified in paragraph 1 begins from the delivery of the message (by phone and email) to the Academy.

§ 9
Out-of-court methods of complaint handling and redress

Detailed information regarding the possibility for the Client to use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and redress, as well as the rules for accessing these procedures, are available at the offices and on the websites of county (city) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Voivodship Trade Inspectorates, and at the following internet addresses of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection:

The consumer has the following exemplary possibilities to use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and redress:
The consumer is entitled to address a permanent amicable consumer court as referred to in art. 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 148, as amended), with a request to resolve a dispute arising from the Agreement concluded with the Seller.
The consumer is entitled to address a Voivodship Trade Inspector, in accordance with art. 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 148, as amended), with a request to initiate mediation proceedings to amicably settle the dispute between the Consumer and the Seller.
The consumer may obtain free assistance in resolving the dispute between them and the Seller, also using the free assistance of a county (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (including the Consumer Federation, Polish Consumer Association).

§ 10
Personal data at the Nature Academy in Roztocze

The administrator of personal data collected through the Academy's website is the Academy itself. Personal data of Clients collected by the administrator via email are collected for the purpose of performing the selected service of the Academy, and if the Client agrees, also for marketing purposes. The Academy does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties. The Client has the right to access and correct their data. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data specified in the Regulations necessary to conclude the Agreement results in the inability to conclude the Agreement.

§ 11
Additional information

All photos contained on the Academy's website are its property and are subject to legal protection. Copying, duplicating, recording, or publishing them without the consent of the Academy is prohibited. The rules of participation in Bird&Bike expeditions are regulated by the regulations of the persons. The rules of participation in Bird&Car expeditions are regulated by the regulations of the persons. Issues regarding personal data protection (GDPR) are included in the GDPR policy of the Academy. Issues regarding cookie policy are defined in the cookie policy regulations of the Academy.

§ 12
Final provisions

The Nature Academy in Roztocze reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for valid reasons, i.e., changes in legal regulations, changes in payment methods and deliveries - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Academy will inform the Client about each change at least 7 days in advance. Matters not regulated in these Regulations are governed by the universally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on the provision of electronic services; the Consumer Rights Act, the Personal Data Protection Act.
